3D: обычный 3D-рендерер URP в репозитории (Renderer3D + список рендереров)

Раньше он создавался только локально командой меню, и в свежем клоне или APK 3D-камеры
рисовали 2D-рендерером -- без света и теней. Map3DLit.mat -- пересохранён Unity.
